Our Wedding Day: 1 Year Later

We just celebrated our 1st anniversary, & I thought; what better way to revisit these memories then to post a wedding day recap. It was really nice to sift through these photos & to go through the motions of the evening another time around. Not that we haven't done that before, but time does get away from you & it is nice to see these memories up close & personal again.

I get a lot of questions as to the vendors I utilized on our wedding day, & how I came up with some of the ideas for the wedding. I have always wanted to share them with you all, & I am excited that I can finally put some wedding photos up on the blog, not only for myself & my fellow bloggers, but also for all of my family & friends! Plus, I am headed to bridal fashion week this coming Thursday with my sister in law on behalf of Flutter Boutique, & I am in a "bridal" mood!

& while this isn't the complete photo gallery, these photos really highlight everything & pinpoint the feelings that we & (we hope) everyone else felt on this magical day.

This day was absolutely unforgettable & we will cherish these memories forever. We are thanking the Lord everyday for our blessings, & for giving us these beautiful moments. We also give a huge thanks to our family, loved ones, & friends (including the vendors for helping make the day possible!) for sharing this day with us! & to all others for helping us remember them! xx

"Love isn't always perfect. It isn't a fairytale or a storybook. And it doesn't always come easy. Love is overcoming obstacles, facing challenges, fighting to be together, holding on & never letting go. It is a short word, easy to spell, difficult to define, & impossible to live without. Love is work, but most of all, love is realizing that every hour, every minute, & every second was worth it, because you did it together."

I am getting married soon and I have been looking everywhere trying to figure out what colors I want at my wedding and what kind of theme I want. The look you had for your wedding is very classy. I have realized that I really like the colors you used and the theme also. I will be using the same colors at my wedding.

Fountains, landscaped gardens, arches with drapes, sculptors all complete the look of the royal wedding theme. Wedding India A very crucial part of an Indian wedding is the jewellery.
